Pursuant to Article 6 of Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, users of the website gencel.fr are hereby informed of the identities of the various parties involved in its creation and maintenance:

Use of the website gencel.fr implies full and unconditional acceptance of the general terms and conditions of use set out below. These terms and conditions of use may be amended or supplemented at any time; users of the website gencel.fr are therefore advised to consult them regularly.

This website is normally accessible to users at all times. However, Société PROVIDENCE (CAVE GENCEL) may decide to suspend access for technical maintenance purposes, in which case it will endeavour to notify users in advance of the dates and times of such maintenance.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the website, by any means or process whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of: PROVIDENCE (CAVE GENCEL).

Any unauthorised use of the website or any of the elements it contains shall be deemed to constitute an infringement and shall be prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.

6. Limitations of liability.

PROVIDENCE (CAVE GENCEL) shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment whilst accessing the PROVIDENCE (CAVE GENCEL) website, resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications set out in point 4, or from the occurrence of a bug or incompatibility.

In France, personal data is protected in particular by Law No. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, Law No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Criminal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

When using the gencel.fr website, the following information may be collected: the URL of the links via which the user accessed the gencel.fr website, the user’s internet service provider, and the user’s Internet Protocol (IP) address.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction.

Any dispute relating to the use of the gencel.fr website is governed by French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Paris.
