In 2023, when Frédéric Gencel decided to move on, we took up the baton with the same conviction: to preserve the legacy whilst infusing it with a contemporary spirit. We are Hervé and Julien, co-managers of this Cannes wine cellar founded in 1937, and we were keen for you to experience, from the moment you step through the door, the soul of a true wine cellar.
We have therefore given the space a bright and elegant refurbishment, designed as a light and welcoming setting where tradition blends harmoniously with modernity. We wanted this renewal to remain true to the values passed down to us: generosity, humility and passing on the legacy. At the same time, we wanted it to be open to new perspectives, for both local Cannes residents and visitors alike, all seeking to discover new things and to find meaning.
